By ordering/purchasing goods from FashionUnlimitedOnline.com, it is implied that you have understood and accepted the mentioned terms.

Order process
Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ option. Please read all details regarding products. Our written measurements are actual product measurements. Our measurements are not your body measurements. Please check your existing outfit measurements compared with our product measurements before your place order. We have all product fully stitched. Many products needs 2″ to 3″ bigger measurement size than the actual body measurement size (i.e. For Kurtis, Men’s Kurta). Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ icon at the top right of the page. You can use the ‘DELETE’ link next to Subtotal column to delete items from your shopping cart as well.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. Ensure that you enter a correct email address after which, we would send you an order acknowledgement email and order update email(s).
Payment
- We accept all major credit cards / debit cards and through PayPal.
- For security purposes your billing name and address must match that of the Credit/Debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not match this criteria.
Shipping & delivery
We ship our product from New Jersey USA. We ship to all 50 states Free. Free shipping will be Standard shipping with United States Postal Service or FedEx or UPS. There is no minimum purchase required for free shipping. For International shipping we can ship through FedEx or United States Postal Service or DHL. For International Shipping we will charge flat rate $30.00. If shipping cost is more than $30.00 than actual shipping charge will be paid by customer. We will contact you if shipping cost is more than $30.00 to make extra payment. Please contact our customer service for International Shipping rates.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online services. Products ordered online cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. All sale is final sale.
Discount coupon sale
Discount coupon code is not applicable to already discounted Sale Products. It is applicable on Regular price only.
Fabric, embroidery, fit & finish quality
Most of the products listed on the website are clicked under Professional Photo Shoot studio lights & there might be a slight variation in terms of color when the actual product is delivered. There is no guarantee on Colors and Jari works. All fabrics need dry cleaning only.
Refunds
At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the ordered product value. We reserve right to cancel any order for any reason and refund the full order value.
